Tax Insider Hardcopy/Online only Subscriptions
All our Tax Insider hardcopy or online only subscriptions operate on a 14-day free trial basis.
This means that before any payment is taken from your account a title (or titles) will be dispatched to you. Alternatively, if you are taking the digital subscription only you will be entitled to a 14-day free trial before any payment is taken from your account.
You will be aware of the first annual payment date as this is displayed to you on the sign-up page to create the direct debit mandate.
The first annual payment may be collected a minimum 14 days after your sign-up date. If you decide not to continue after the free trial copy has been sent or online access granted, and therefore wish to cancel at this point, or any point thereafter during your subscription, you must notify us directly by email, five clear working days before the first annual payment is due.
Each customer is entitled to one free trial only. Any additional or new annual subscriptions will not be subject to a free trial and the copy or copies will be dispatched after the first payment.
Alternatively, if you are taking the digital subscription only any additional or new annual subscriptions will not be subject to a free trial online period.
For hardcopy subscriptions, if you have not received the relevant issue by the 20th of each month, you must contact us either by email or telephone to notify us and the missing copy will be dispatched to you again free of charge.
You can cancel anytime by giving us five clear working days’ notice in writing (email or letter). Tax Insider reserve the right to cancel a subscription in the event of non-payment.
Tax Insider reserve the right to cancel any subscription, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Standard Refund Policy
If you feel you require a full refund (e.g. using our money back guarantee, the order was made by mistake, etc.) you may request the refund by contacting us by email. We will usually request that you return the physical products to us prior to us consenting to a full refund. We reserve the right to decline a refund where the physical products returned are damaged or in a state which means they cannot be re-sold.

Any subscription that is overdue in payment for one reason or another will be subject to a penalty charge of £25.00. Tax Insider Limited will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
