Sale of house to daughter - what is the tax position?

If I sold my house to my daughter for half its value and continue to live in it, how would that affect her tax-wise when I die?

If you look at www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/inheritance-tax-manual/ihtm14316 Example 1 you can see that thisis a ‘gift with reservation’ and half the value of the property will be included in your estate, for Inheritance tax purposes, when you die.
