From When Should I Calculate Tax for Non-Executive Director?

Mandy is a non-executive director who only gets paid once a year, on the 16th June of each year. What tax month do you use when calculating her tax liability?

For tax - month 3, as you would expect. However for National Insurance there are special rules that apply to directors that can be found in CA44 National Insurance for Company Directors.
