Refund Policy

Report, Books and Magazines

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all reports, books and magazines that are purchased through the website with a one-off payment (i.e. not on a subscription basis).

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase. All refunds are subject to our standard refunds policy, below.

Tax Insider Magazine Subscription

All our monthly subscription based Tax Insider magazines operate on a free trial basis. This means that before any payment is taken from your account a magazine (or magazines) will be dispatched to you. You will be aware of the first payment date as this is displayed to you on the sign-up page to create the direct debit mandate. The first payment may be collected 10 days after your sign-up date. If you decide not to continue after the free trial magazine has been sent, and therefore wish to cancel at this point, or any point thereafter during your subscription, you must notify us directly by email, five working days before the first payment is due.

Each customer is entitled to one free trial only. Any additional monthly subscriptions will not be subject to a free trial magazine/s and the magazine/s will be dispatched after the first payment.

Ongoing Magazine Subscriptions

Once a magazine subscription has become active no refunds will be given. If you have not received the magazine by the 20th of each month, you must contact us to notify us and the magazine will be dispatched to you again free of charge.

Magazine Cancellations

You can cancel anytime by giving us five working days notice in writing (email or letter). Tax Insider reserve the right to cancel a magazine subscription.

Standard Refund Policy

If you feel you require a refund (e.g. you wish to use our money back guarantee, the order was made by mistake, etc.) you may request the refund by contacting us. We reserve the right to decline a refund where the physical products returned are damaged or in a state which means they cannot be re-sold.

Renewal Procedure

With Direct Debit, you will be automatically billed monthly. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the day payment is collected.

Overdue Payment Policy

Any subscription that is overdue in payment for one reason or another will be subject to a penalty charge of £25.00. Tax Insider Ltd will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
