Kevin Read is a Chartered Accountant who trained with PwC, where his time included 18 months in their corporate tax department. Following three years working as a Tax Tutor for BPP he has, since 1992, been a freelance tax lecturer and writer.
He covers a broad range of subjects, including property tax, OMBs, trusts and international personal tax, and is a regular speaker for training firms such as Tolley, Smart Training and SWAT. He also lectures at conferences of the ACCA and of local societies of the ICAEW and CIOT.
He has, for 26 years, been a co-author of a Budget publication sold to small firms of accountants and contributes articles to Taxation magazine and the Private Client magazine of the Law Society.
