About Us – meet the team behind the UK Tax Insider e-zine and website
Tax Insider was founded in October 2005 by Amer Siddiq and Gary Agar.
The aim of the website and the Tax Insider e-zine is simple - to identify and demonstrate considerable tax saving opportunities to those who are serious about legitimately reducing their tax liabilities. Meet the Tax Insider team.
Amer Siddiq – Investor, Author and Internet Marketer A former IT Consultant, Amer quit the ‘rat-race’ in 2004 to focus primarily on property investment and helping others to pay less in taxes.
Amer is a seasoned property investor and is passionate about all aspects of property! Over that last 7 years he has grown a portfolio in the North West of England and regularly gives talks at various property investor shows events about various aspects of property investment.
Amer is not new to taxes either. His name has become synonymous with property taxation following the huge success of the http://www.property-tax-portal.co.uk/ website.
After struggling to find suitable answers to his numerous tax questions Amer decided to learn about property tax himself (quite a challenge!). Though it was a steep learning curve, he had the pleasure of meeting and working with some of the most respected and knowledgeable tax specialists in the country.
These tax specialists have continued to work with Amer and Gary on this new and exciting venture - Tax Insider – How to beat the taxman and boost your profits!

Gary Agar – Investor, Business Growth Specialist and Internet Marketer Gary has many years in the corporate world of I.T. and business consulting and now owns his own Internet Services Company, Jomongee Internet Services, who are also based in the North West.
Gary’s business originated as a spin-off from e-commerce consulting for one of the largest I.T. consulting companies in the world. This experience has given us all the advantages inherent in an operation based on personal service and strong customer relationships. He brings a wealth of e-business experience including e-commerce business solutions and Internet Marketing.
Gary’s team has many years of web development, e-commerce and marketing experience in the corporate arena behind them. They specialize in creating opportunities and offering advantages that benefit small to medium sized enterprises as outlined at the http://www.jomongee.co.uk/ website.
As a fellow business owner Gary found it difficult to get simple answers to his own business tax challenges and given that he and Amer have worked together for over the last 10 years they joined forces to bring about Tax Insider!
